Acupuncture stimulates the body’s own internal resources to facilitate healing and balance. Each treatment is custom tailored to each individual patient and able to address the whole person. Acupuncture offers a natural and effective course of treatment that avoids or reduces the need for medication and potential harmful side-effects. In addition to needles, several other therapies might be used in an acupuncture session, including cupping, gua sha and moxibustion. We can also discuss diet, herbal medicine and provide some shiatsu or other bodywork.

Meditation

Explore mindfulness and many meditation techniques to learn how to remain connected and present throughout each day. Meditation is a powerful tool for cultivating a calm, clear mind and creating the space you need in any moment.
